Angel Witch are a British heavy metal band which formed in London in 1976. Despite never achieving major success, they were an integral part of the early 1980s new wave of British heavy metal (NWOBHM) movement. Their self-titled song 'Angel Witch' features heavy distorted guitar with a catchy heavy metal chorus, and is about an angel that is also a witch, that cannot feel for him the way he feels for her.
